Conditions

Formats & delivery	Work may be delivered by email, CD, DVD, or fax. Digital files are accepted and delivered in ODT, TXT, DOC, XML, PDF, and/or RTF format. Files may be password-protected to ensure confidentiality.
How to place an order	An order can be placed by submitting the Quote / Work Request form, or via email, fax, or telephone, specifying: name, company, fiscal address, phone number, email address, type of work, delivery date, and original file format. Orders not placed through the website must be confirmed by email, and all orders reconfirmed upon our request.

Additional conditions

• Estimated delivery time is determined after evaluating the text to be translated, proofread, or drafted.
• Orders below US$20 are not accepted.
• Rates for audiovisual translation (dubbing, subtitling, and narration) depend on the nature of the work.
• Payment conditions depend on the nature of the work.
